Ok. I tried adding the "system" folder but no luck. I couldn't get it to run at all in folder format so I created an ISO with PS3 ISO Tools and the resulting file is what I'm having trouble with. I havent worked with IRD files before but I'll give it a shot. Thanks for responding. I'll be sure to update on how it goes! :)
Note: Missing empty folders are "automatically added in" when rebuilding an ISO with an IRD file, so it is typically better to build your ISOs this way when possible.
