The Last of Us .pkg

Sorry if this is a silly question, but I am new to emulators. My PS3 died some time ago and I would like to play The Last of Us again. I downloaded RPCS3 emulator and the ROM file, but the only installable pkg file I can find in the unzipped files is for the digital manual. Can someone point me in the right direction to install the game on RPCS3?
