What does (1S) mean?

I downloaded a few Sega Saturn games recently:
Saturn Bomberman (USA) (1S),
Astal (USA) (1S).
What does the (1S) stand for? I'm asking because I tried to use to download thumbnails on all the Sega Saturn games in my collection but for these 2 they can't be found. Also does anyone know how I can combine the Panzer Dragoon Saga downloads into one folder so I don't have to include the (Disc 1) and (Disc 2) etc.. into separate folders?
