The ROMs have been taken down at least once before. I don't think they expected the ROMs to be uploaded again many months later. I think they checked maybe twice in two months, then redirected their focus elsewhere.

Do you have any idea how Nintendo hasn't taken you down? This seems really bizarre to me, just want to know what the situation is. Not complaining though, the internet deserves this website.
