That wasn't what I got.
I click the download and it leads me to a "This site might be a virus!" page thing that Firefox has.
Is that normal?

What you mean this quote?

That's not necessary a warning message in that it's unsafe to download, rather it's telling everyone that they cut down the bandwidth until March 14.
Meaning that downloads will be slower, but still safe.
