You don't run an emulator in Windows that requires a Mac OS X system.  You run that kind of emulator on the Mac OS, aka on a Mac system.

I downloaded the emulator to my desktop but its not a zip. and when I go into the folder it has an icon that when I click it it comes up no the dock goes up twice but when it stop nothing comes up.why?please someone answer.
