i'm using epsxe. also, i have the bios file ready and i made sure i have olpengl and directx 11. if i didn't have those things i wouldn't even be able to get the other games i have running

Hmm well I don't know what emulator you're using but see if you can change the graphics to use OpenGL or DirectX 11 and see if that fixes it.

It may also need a BIOS file.
