Depending on where you live, it's not exactly illegal to play and sometimes own them - most of the time, game bans are just banned from official sale, so technically you could import a game and no one would care. But again, depends on the country you're in, and even if they do make it illegal to play banned video games, that's your job to not download those games then.

so apparently in the ps2 psp and wii vaults there is this game called "manhunt 2" and it should be removed cuz it is banned where i live
