I found the Sega Genesis, SNES and N64 collections (Sets that don't contain duplicates or a lot of garbage).
Also found this one for NES---> https://archive.org/download/nointro.nes

But have no idea how to download it automatically.

have you tried internet archive and finding the roms packs for systems there to download all the games in one go?
