Sorry, no way I'd add GBA. I don't promote emulation of any console whose games are still being manufactured.
"Virtual Boy" is said to be the best GBA emulator out there, but I honestly haven't tried it myself.
As for where to find GBA game ROMs, I'd recommend asking such a question in the Request Board.
