I've been considering finishing the Genesis Vault but PS1 is another story. CDs are often hundreds of times larger than cartridges so hosting hundreds of them is not practical. I'm actively downloading a GoodGenesis torrent and at this rate it should be finished in about two weeks. I really don't get the obsession with Torrents. Realistically if I had all the files I could write a script to build a PS1 section in about an hour, but even if I wanted to I'd never have enough bandwidth to sustain it.

That's just goofy. For one thing, although PS1 games aren't being made anymore, they are still under Sony's ownership and are being sold for download for the PS3 and PSP (or will be really soon).
Second, since PS ISOs are enormous compared to NES/SNES/GEN ROMs (FFIX is probably over 2 GBs), it would require an enormous amount of space and bandwidth, which Vimm probably doesn't have.
