Could you increase speeds? The 5/8 KB a second isn't cutting it,Vimm.
The DL's should be AT LEAST 25 kb/sec!

Unfortunately I don't know of any way to detect download speeds, and if I send out files faster than you can receive them the server can easily get overloaded and slow down everyone's speed. Try downloading during off hours, the speed cap is higher then.
