Switch the x-over cables around... It worked for me.. Xbox didn't need Xover but PS4 did.. Adapter was a x-over connecter but NOT advertised.. I'm on Facebook.. Revenant Zengobag if you need me. I pop here some days to help people out... I'm 57 yo with a lot of experience!!
Bear with me... Same problem.. Added another RJ45 adapter to network.. Had to switch x-over cables over.. Link it direct..
