I found the GBA emulator you speak of and roms. It works well. I really wanted to get hold of the GBA Metroid games because they're cool.Not too sure but I think I got it from Emulator Zone.

"Virtual Boy" is said to be the best GBA emulator out there, but I honestly haven't tried it myself.
