Just my guess, since the PS2 collection is based on Redumps information, you might need to check out their site to see how they go about dumping and ensure you use the same procedure. I know from taking some of the PS3 content and trying to recreate ISOs to match Redump, I've had to make sure I rebuild the directory correctly or the hash won't match. Even using a different tool can have different results.
I have two PS2 Titles
Driver Parallel Lines and PES4
I ripped both of them to iso and compared the hashes
They don't match, but when tested the games are fully working
Why does the hash not match a working PS2 ISO and where do the hashes come from
(I only compared the md5 if that means anything)
