Thanks buddy.
After posting that message I came across Romnation.net ,this was purely by luck.I got a Nestopia emulator from there and a Caselvania III rom, I installed it and it Worked !
Castlevania III now working and it's awesome ! Not only that but I went back and tried all my other Nes roms with the Nestopia and they play even better,heaps faster & smoother.
Thanks for geting back to me so quickly,heres another question for you all out there.
How do you play games which require the Light Zapper ? (eg. Duck Hunt)

It seems the two Mac NES emulators at Vimm's Lair do not support the Mapper (MMC5) for Castlevania III. I really can't test that because I do not have Mac, but RocknesX for Windows doesn't support it. It did work for FCE Ultra, Jnes, and Rew on Windows.
I would say try downloading FCE Ultra for Mac OS X and see if that works. It can be downloaded from Zophar's Domain

Other games that share Mapper MMC5 and are probably incompatible with emulators that do not run Castlvania III are: Just Breed, Metal Slader Glory, Gun Sight, Uchuu Keibitai SDF, Nobunaga's Ambition II.
