Unable to download Rom

When I go to the vault, I get this.
Error: A required cookie was not found. Please ensure that cookies are not disabled then return to the Homepage to set it.
Now I've downloaded games before about six months ago. I'm certain I've deleted all my cookies since then at least once. How do I get my cookie back? I did ensure that cookies are enabled.
