Me personally, I lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I mean we're all paying customers here, do we not at least deserve the right to complain directly? Or maybe your local Chamber of Commerce can help. If not that, you're probably best off writing directly to the president or prime minister of whatever country you live in.

I've seen multiple people complaining about this, when is it gonna be fixed? There's no way to actually complain directly...
