UPLOADING X-BOX 360 FILES

I have a LOT of X-Box 360 games. (I actually kind of wish the emulator had been able to read discs!)

I know, for a fact, that I have the regular "Red Dead Redemption," which you're looking for.

Now how do I upload it? Do I just select the three files on the disc, one at a time, and upload them? I don't want to screw this up.
