Absolutely not if you DL from Vimm's. Usually, an ISP will only throttle or warn you if you download a metric fuckton all at once (which is bad for the site holder as well lol).
Most cases though- they HATE torrents/seeding. Torrenting specifically abuses bandwidth and also is often used to circumvent ~copyright~ and share laws surrounding media. ISP's very much don't want the legal hassle of that, so they often throttle or strike people for doing it.
Your ISP won't care as long as you don't hog bandwidth or use torrents frequently... but Uncle Nintenny is absolutely foaming at the mouth over it lol
