Hi i tried finding anything about how to report broken roms. the virtual console versions of both megaman battle network 5 colonel and protoman dont work. I've tried them on multiple systems and emulators and cant get them to even boot up. can anyone tell me what i should do in the future instead of blindly posting for their first time lol
