Something funny's going on there in No-Intro. It shows two editions, Contra (World) (Contra Anniversary Collection) and Contra (World) (Ja) (Contra Anniversary Collection). Multiple "world" releases with different languages is fishy. It's fixed for now.
There is a duplicate file of Contra (World) (ja) (Contra Anniversary Edition) for the NES
