Manuals with multi language?

Hey there, I found that some manuals sometimes include different languages (In my case, going through Metal Gear Solid HD Collection). Would it be better to include all pages or not bother with the different versions? I feel in a forkroad, between lower page count: as having just 2 other translations apart from English already ups the amount of pages to thrice that, (in MGSHD's case, for example, it's repeated 3 times, English, Portuguese, and Spanish.) or to include these on a more "until the actual manual finishes" basis.

I wouldn't want to do one or the other assuming that it's the best choice, that's all.
