For what it's worth, I can't get into the vault with Windows XP unless cookies are enabled.  Under Tools, then Internet Options, click on the Privacy settings and make sure the setting is Medium or lower.

i click on the vault but it says that a required cookie is missing, im not sure what i should do, any suggestions?

also i just got windows vista and im not sure how to see if cookies are enabled or not, im used to XP, so cookies might be disabled
