I never said it was about rom collecting or nostalgia, it's about a compatibility issue and the fact that possibly alot of the roms on here don't work well with ZSNES when they work fine on other emulators. That's why this message was to Vimm to see if he can confirm the part about the utility I used showing them as bad roms. I'm already working with a ZSNES developer, btw Tricob..ZSNES doesn't have drivers.
The checksums are supposed to be "bad". The rest of the ROM remains the same.
Remember, Vimm's Lair is about nostalgia and emulation, not ROM-collecting. The ROMs are purposely given bad checksums so people can't ignore that. :-)
