Destroy All Humans 2 ripped from damaged disk

I recently downloaded the Destroy All Humans 2 ISO and found it quickly became unplayable with freezes and areas where you, as well as the AI, could fall through the map and drown. I had this issue with my disk many years ago, when it started to get scratched.
I used an old PAL rip to test that it's not just an emulation issue, and the PAL version seems to run absolutely fine. I can't find another NTSC version that isn't clearly taken from here, so I couldn't test with anything else.
