It’s also not so much the server as it is the bandwidth on-site of said server. Just be happy you are getting good virus free dumps without porno ads.
Vimm's servers are self-hosted, which is why the site has lasted as long as it has. There's only so much you can do when serving this many people from a personal server for free.
