dlc files are not inside the game downloads here.
if you want dlc files for the ps3 you need to find the PKG files for the dlc, the RAP (User license) Files, and install them into RPCS3 or your PS3 manually. there should be guides how to do so online, and it should be pretty easy to find dlc PKGs.
i used PSNDL and NoPayStation to get the dlcs for my PS3.
