.bin are compressed files similar to .ISOs. To burn it use something like ALCOHOL 120% loading it as an image file. But I dont see why you would want to do that cause loading ROMs from a CD would suck, there would be saving problems for sure. Instead you should just find a program to emulate the .bin file as if it were a real CD. ALCOHOL 120% can do it but I recommend Daemon Tools.

Write NES games on CD for 2 months on the net but couldn't find one. If there is anyone that knows the software please tell me.

Hint: the game player I bought is a dvd player where a 300 nes games on cd are included. I wanted to make similar CD with other Nes games that are available on the net. The folders of the cd are just similar to that of VCD but the MPEGAV folder is empty. Instead the game files are in a NEWROM folder with a file extension .bin. I tried every writer possible but couldn't make it. Help please. Thanks.
