How to upload updated versions of games?

Earlier I tried to upload two games to the PS3 library, Initial D Extreme Stage, and Wangan Midnight. They are two japanese games that I purchased online and so I own the physical copies. I have a PS3 that is jailbroken and made a iso copy of the games with multimann, got it to my PC, zipped them and tried to upload but failed, got a message saying the CRC code is different. Didn't really understand why, the games are legit, they work on my ps3 and with RPCS3. But when looking at RPCS3, I noticed the Initial D version is 1.01 and the Wangan Midnight version is 1.02. I assume Vimm is looking for versions 1.00, but, if there is no copies of versions 1.00, in fact, no copies of the games at all in Vimm, wouldn't it at least be a good idea to allow updated versions to be available for those who do not care and just wish to play the game?
