WiiWare Virtual Console problem

I'm having an issue with the wad file for Clu Clu Land on the NES. I try to install it into my Wii, and I got "Error code -1022 content did not match hash in TMD." I feel that it's the wad itself as other wads work just fine and I believe this one has not been signed properly.
