3DS emulation issue

Now, I know that while Vimm doesn't provide 3DS emulators, I do have a question. Anyone know how to fix this visual issue with Metroid Prime Federation Force? The thing is the top screen is moved slightly to the right; there's a big rectangle to the left of the screen that isn't properly refreshing the camera. Similarly, that same portion of screen is too far to the right to be rendered within the window; like I said, the whole top screen is shifted to the right. It's only Federation Force I'm having this issue with, is it the game itself having issues with Citra? Or is it something else?
