So I just posted a message about 3DS ROMs and emulators being on Vimm's Lair and I took a look in the FFA Links section here and I found a link to a website called emulator-roms.com and saw that it has Switch, 3DS, and more on there and I know about a 3DS emulator Citra and a Switch emulator YuZu. I just don't know if any of these sites here are safe to download stuff off of so I figured I could ask one of the biggest ROM community.
