A link to the Past

So, I've completed 98% of the game now, and to beat Ganon I need silver arrows and the golden sword. And to get those items I need to blow a hole in Temple of dark with the help of a Super Bomb. The guy that sells 'em lives in Link's house now, but when I enter he doesn't sell those Super bombs, they're not even there, and the walkthrough said that the bombs are available in the house after defeating Misery Mire. Bug or have I missed something?
