A number of SNES games do that, too. Haven't made a list of what yet, though.
Until the problem is resolved, you should be able to find some of the ROMs you want at the links below. I'm not terribly fond of the sites, but they also carry Sega CD and TG16 games, which aren't in The Vault yet.

Some of the sega game that I try to download say that the link is expired. Are you working on that or what else is wrong?
