Re: Is it risky to Jailnreak an iPhone XR?

I would jailbreak the old iPhone 5S and then run iCleaner to clear up more storage
WARNING: unlike stock iOS, jailbroken devices can completely run out of storage, at which point it is quite hard to clear storage. I personally was able to clear my "recently deleted" photos folder, using settings+general+storage (might also have worked just using the photos app). As such, I'd recommend taking a useless video, then deleting it, before you start. Deleted photos get permanently deleted after 30 days
On a side note, jailbreaking isn't risky, unless you care about your device's data. This link has a list of ways to permanently brick an iOS device (https://theapplewiki.com/wiki/Brick), and jailbreaking isn't one of them

So, I wanted to mod an iphone 5S, but I found out it only has 3 gigs of available storage. But I have an old iphone XR. So is jailbreaking an iphone XR still too risky? Or is it risk free. Thanks!
