Sorry, there's no process for that server-side.
Can I suggest adding the ability to upload links to vimm.net, so that if I find a ROM on archive.org, I won't have to download it to upload it to Vimm.net? Ideally vimm.net could also keep track of which links have been tested, to avoid having to test one link twice
