Sorry about the down-time lately, and thanks for everyone who wrote in about it. A hard drive on the new server is acting up and keeps messing things up. The server will be shut down again tonight for a full disk sweep and hopefully it'll behave itself after that. On the plus side, the database settings have been tweaked and the site is much quicker now.
