There was a little mix-up where a server payment expired and failed to automatically renew, however the portions of the site that were affected are back up again. Thanks everybody who posted or wrote in about it. The whole site will be moving in about two months and there will undoubtedly be some downtime, so it seems silly to go to all the trouble of setting up another one for just two months. So, until then the download queue will have to return to keep the server from getting swamped. The queue has been revamped internally and was activated during a short downtime this afternoon. The old system had grown to become quite a beast that was scary to touch so hopefully it'll be easier to make changes now without breaking things. At this moment the server's full and there's already 20 people in line, so everything appears to be running smoothly.
