Many new additions are flowing in lately for The Manual Project. As requested, pdf support has been added to the upload scripts so that pdf files may now be uploaded as well. Currently the entire archive is being reviewed for accuracy and most sections have been completed. Part of that review process is cataloging the origin of each manual where possible. Since the contributor of the scans and the creator of those scans are not necessarily the same person they have now been split into two categories. Vimm's Lair has always acknowledged the contributions of each and every person who has invested their time and effort in the project, however there are some who would rather erase such knowledge. Vimm's Lair will never do such a thing and will always make the highest effort to record the proper sources who have made this project possible. After all, without the dedication of all these people where would we be? The entire archive is being meticulously scanned for accuracy and it is nearly complete, so if there are any mistakes please feel free to report them. For example, all of the Lynx manuals snuck into the PS2 section and have been removed. There was another change made to the download system in further preparation for a new feature that's almost ready. Apologies to all the people who were trying to download while the bugs were being worked out, but they all have hopefully been found now. The status page before a download starts should be a little more informative now and the manuals themselves should generate a little bit faster.
