The download queue redesign has been completed and should be running smoothly now. A new descriptive error message has also been added for the most common error regarding floating IP addresses. It looks like the only error left is from Windows XP SP2 users and a "click here to download" link should do the trick. The plan is to add the link to the final page so that an XP user (or anyone else) can click the link if their download does not start. The link will only be active for a short time, so it will probably take some testing and tweaking to find the right time.
Thank you everyone who has posted their problems on the Message Board. They've been a big help in finding things that were overlooked in the transition.
