The random ASP error has been verified as being caused by this site and isolated from affecting the rest of the sites on the server. The downloading scripts are not in ASP and should not be affected by this. A newer version of those scripts was waiting to go live and was put on today. This version's a little more efficient and is accurate down to the second as to who is first in line. It's not uncommon for two people to enter the queue during the same second so they could potentially switch back in forth in line while they're waiting so that'll be fixed later if it ends up being an issue.
