I've been guilty of asking for 2 games that were already there. In my case I clicked on the letter D for Deception 3 and P for Parasite Eve in the PS1 section and they didn't appear in the list so I just assumed they weren't there. I then typed in the name I was looking for and they'd show up. Perhaps other people are doing the same? Hope that helps
