The game works fine for me. Did you unzip the 7z file that you downloaded before playing?

Nvideo GEFORCE RTX 3050 gaming PC On rpcs3 it just get a black screen and nothing. If I install the beatles rock band deluxe pack i found online it will at least attempt to load the game, but it gives me a message stating "a disk read error has been encountered." I'm sure you could download and install the game yourself and you'll likely get the same problem.
