I don't know if this site includes Xbox Live Arcade games. Anyway, I haven't verified it, but this website seems to be hosting the requested ROM (https://archive.org/details/jtag-complete-xbla-games)

I haven't been able to find a download for this game and can only find the first game which is a little unstable already.
