question about handheld devices and emulators.

Hello everyone. I am new into the emulator and rom world. I am trying to look into handheld devices to run most, if not all, emulators. I know that to run some of the newer emulators, PS3 xbox 360, I will need a PC. are there any handheld device that can run more of these emulators and games?
