Ok finally got it to work, tried Kirby on it, and...erm...the button response time was ugh. oh well o-o;;
Oh, okay - I think I see what you're doing here now. When you download a ZIP file containing an emulator, you can't just run the EXE from within the ZIP. You have to extract the EXE and all the files that come with it into a folder. You then run the EXE file from the folder you extracted it to.
