If what you're trying to run is a 16-bit Windows application, no version of Vista in the world is going to run it.  That's one reason there are so many Vista bashers out there.

I used to have these programs with my old computer, which was run with Windows XP Home. But I recently bought a new computer that has Windows Vista. I have tried to get these programs onto this computer but whenever I try to run the program, it doesn't open. Is it because the programs aren't compatible with Vista or am I not doing something correctly?
