The game is Little Mermaid for Game Gear. I'm not sure whether it's the Gear Boy or Gear System core.

The games on here are exact copies of the original games. If you're experiencing glitches, it's either due to the emulation or because the original game disc or cartridge was released with glitches. It's impossible for me to tell without knowing what game and RetroArch core you're using, however.
