I would guess at least 10 terabytes, most of it being the disc-based games. If you stick to the cartridge-based systems, they'd all easily fit in under 100 GB.

Since all these games are stored on here, can anyone give an estimate on how much space the vault takes up? I was thinking of setting up some hard drives and storing as many emulators and roms as I can from different sources and couldnt really find a good estimate for the size of it all so I thought someone on here may be able to answer that question
